Shipping

We dispatch every order from our warehouse within [1–3] business days of purchase. Once it's on the way, you'll get a tracking email so you always know where your order is. Delivery times vary a little by location — metro areas are usually faster than regional/remote addresses.

Shipping is free on orders over $[X] AUD. Orders under that are charged a flat $[X] AUD shipping fee at checkout.

Returns

Change your mind, wrong size, or it's just not quite right for your dog? You have [30] days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged or faulty items
